British Accent Taxi Controller Full Time

We are seeking a Call Handler / Customer Service Operator to handle incoming calls, take bookings, and input details accurately into our Autocab dispatch system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spelling and communication skills, a clear British accent, and a professional phone manner. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every booking is handled quickly, politely, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
• Take and record taxi bookings using the Autocab system
• Ensure all details (addresses, names, contact info) are spelled and entered correctly
• Communicate clearly with both customers and drivers
• Handle customer queries and provide friendly assistance
• Support the operations team with booking management and updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs938.00 – Rs1,125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
