Full job description
Alford Tire + Service Center in Panama City, FL, is looking for one auto technician to join our 12-person strong team. We are located at 180 N Tyndall Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. We offer competitive market compensation to those with experience.
Responsibilities
- Examine cars based on customer statements and determine the appropriate repairs needed
- Present and explain estimates to complete repairs
- Replace or repair worn parts as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an auto mechanic is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of tools and the latest computer diagnostic equipment being used to repair today’s vehicles
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
