Supply Chain Professional Full Time

Concept2, a global market leader in the design and manufacture of fitness ergometers and composite racing oars, is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Supply Chain Professional to join our team. This role will optimize the full lifecycle of our supply chain—from sourcing raw materials to providing finished products to our customers around the globe. Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinating procurement team operations in partnership with other team members.
• Developing, modifying, and operating component and materials reorder point systems.
• Spearheading cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and other partners to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conducting material sourcing and vendor qualification projects.
• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that are aligned with overall company goals and values.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align supply with market trends.
• Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
• Coordinating with internal departments and the supply chain to facilitate part design modifications, as well as new component and new product development projects.
• Ensuring compliance with international regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
• Utilizing strong analytical skills and analytical tools in all aspects of the role.
• Engaging in all types of work related to the role, from high-level strategic to day-to-day administration to data entry.

Required Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of supply chain or similar experience.
• Ability to plan and solve problems both strategically and tactually.
• Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team-based structure with minimum top-down management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to approach work, decision-making, and problem-solving in a logical, analytical, and data-driven manner.
• Ability to challenge the status quo positively and constructively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in international trade.
• Risk management, legal, and/or contract management experience.

Compensation for this position consists of a fixed salary range of $70k-$100k, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.
